Yoga-Retreat mit Anastasia Stoyannides auf Lanzarote

Die in Österreich lebende griechische Yogalehrerin Anastasia Stoyannides bietet vom 14. bis 18. Februar und vom 21. bis 25. Februar zwei Winter-Hatha-Yoga-Retreats auf Lanzarote an. Sie unterrichtet Hatha-Yoga nach der Technik der Französin Eva Ruchpaul sog. „bien tempére“. 

Heuer ist sie zum 16ten-Mal auf der spanischen Insel Lanzarote. Diese liegt im Atlantischen Ozean und ist die nordöstlichste der sieben großen kanarischen Inseln. Sie liegt ca 140 km vor der marokkanischen Küste entfernt.

Es gibt direkte Flüge ab Österreich und anderen europäischen Ländern nach Lanzarote. Flüge sollten selbständig gebucht werden. Für die Unterbringung wählen Sie bitte das Resort von Playa Blanca an der südlichen Inselküste (ca 20 km vom Flughafen entfernt).

Anreise bis spätestens Sonntag nachmittag. Die Yogapraxis startet ab Montag vormittag. 
Der Unterricht ist für Yoganeulinge und Yogafortgeschrittene geeignet und findet in englischer Sprache statt.

Winter Yoga Retreat with Anastasia Stoyannides at Lanzarote|Canarian Islands
We will allow nature to stimulate our perception, while through the daily yoga practice we will support an equilibrium between who we are and where we are.

The practice will take place from Monday to Friday morning on each week.

Travel to Lanzarote / Accomodation
There are direct charter flights to Lanzarote from Austria and other European Countries. Your travel agent can provide you with detailed information about  flight and hotel options to Lanzarote.
Please do make sure to book your accommodation on the Resort of Playa Blanca, situated on the south coast of the island and only 20km away from Lanzarote's airport.
However, if you prefer private accommodation, we could forward you a list with private houses and studios that are available for rent.
